HOW TO KICK CELLULITE THIS SUMMER! 

LET'S FACE IT, WE LADIES CRINGE AT THE THOUGHT OF PUTTING ON OUR SWIMSUIT IF OUR BODIES AREN'T IN TIP-TOP SHAPE!!
HORMONES, GENETICS, IMPROPER DIET, UNHEALTHY LIFESTYLE, OVERWEIGHT, TIGHT CLOTHING, ETC. ARE THE MOST COMMON CAUSES OF CELLULITE.
IF YOU'RE WORRIED ABOUT CELLULITE, FOLLOW THESE REMEDIES TO HELP YOU LOOK, AND FEEL BETTER!!

1.DRY BRUSHING- USED IN ANCIENT CHINA, THIS TREATMENT HELPS STIMULATE BLOOD AND LYMPH FLOW IN YOUR BODY, AND REMOVES THE BUILD UP OF TOXINS FROM THE UPPER LAYER OF SKIN THAT CAUSES THE 'BUMPY' LOOK.



Method:
● Take a body brush and make sure that the brush and your skin should be dry before starting the process.
● Brush your skin towards heart to increase blood circulation but not long sweeps, scrubbing, going back or forth and circular motions.
● You have to start at your feet, moving up the legs on both sides by concentrating on the cellulite appeared area.
● Then start working from arms towards the chest and from stomach, direct the brush counter clock wise.
● Continue doing this brushing for about 5 – 10 minutes
● Now end the process by having shower to wash away the dead skin cells and impurities.
● Daily repeat this brush before taking shower for 1 – 2 months or until you observe improvement in the skin texture or disappearance of cellulite.
● Lastly, choose the body brush which has the natural soft fiber bristles but not synthetic hard bristles (prefer vegetable – derived)

2. CAYENNE PEPPER- NATURAL FAT BURNING FOOD THAT REVS UP METABOLISM, AND INCREASES BLOOD CIRCULATION. REGULAR CONSUMPTION HELPS ELIMINATE THE TOXINS FROM YOUR BODY, AND REDUCE THE APPEARANCE OF CELLULITE.


Method – 1: (Cayenne Pepper with Ginger)
● Take 2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper powder, a teaspoon of grated ginger and freshly squeezed lemon juice from a lemon
● Mix all these ingredients in a glass of warm water
● Drink this solution thrice daily for 1 – 2 months to watch effective reduction in the cellulite appearance.
Method – 2: (Cayenne with Coffee Body Scrub)
● Coffee grinds scrub helps to exfoliate, remove the dead skin cells. Cayenne pepper naturally heat up the body, increases circulation and metabolism. Both definitely help to treat the cellulite very effectively.
● Take 1/2 cup of coffee grounds, 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper and 1/4 cup of nourishing and moisturizing olive oil
● Combine all these ingredients well and apply the stuff on your butt and thighs.
● Leave it for about 5 – 10 minutes and then wash it off.








 3. GELATIN (YES, GELATIN)- IT TIGHTENS LOOSE SKIN. IT CONTAINS LARGE AMOUNTS OF AMINO ACIDS THAT HAIR GROWTH, OPTIMIZE IMMUNE SYSTEM, AND WEIGHT REGULATION. IT ACTS AS BUILDING BLOCKS FOR HEALTHY TISSUES IN THE SKIN. 


Method:
● Take honey, gelatin, and vanilla
● Mix it well in water to make marshmallows
● You can add probiotics to this mixture
● Eat these homemade marshmallows regularly to get clear the cellulite problem.
● Or you can include gelatin in any way in your diet for getting relief from the cellulite problem.


4. COFFEE GROUND SCRUB- USED FOR EXFOLIATION, IT REMOVE DEAD SKIN CELLS, AND REGENERATES HEALTHY BLOOD CELLS BY STIMULATING BLOOD FLOW/ LYMPH FLOW. IT ALSO HAS A TIGHTENING EFFECT THAT REDUCES THE APPEARANCE OF CELLULITE.


Method – 1: (Coffee Ground with Sugar and Coconut Oil)
● Take 1/4 cup of coffee grounds and 3 tablespoons of sugar (or brown sugar)
● Mix it with 2 – 3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil to make it like a fine paste
● Apply this on the cellulite affected part of the body and massage it on the skin for several minutes by using firm pressure and wash as usual with lukewarm water.
● You can store the remaining paste in glass jar for future purpose.
● Follow this 2 – 3 times a week and you’ll find results in couple of weeks
Method – 2: (Coffee Ground with Olive Oil)
● Take 1/2 cup of coffee grounds and a little of extra virgin olive oil
● Mix it well and heat it in a microwave for 20 – 30 seconds.
● Apply this warm mixture on the cellulite and cover it with a plastic wrap
● Let it stand for about half an hour and then wash it with warm water
● Regularize the process twice a week to get complete relief from the cellulite.


5. JUNIPER OIL- IT CONTAINS DETOXIFYING PROPERTIES THAT HELP REDUCE FLUID RETENTION AND REDUCES THE APPEARANCE OF CELLULITE.


Method:
● Take 10 – 15 drops of juniper oil and mix it well in 1/4 cup of olive oil
● Apply this oil on the cellulite affected area of the body by massaging it for 10 minutes
● Continue doing this process twice a day to get relief from the cellulite
● You can definitely notice that after a month, your skin is becoming softer and firmer without any appearance of cellulite.


6. SEAWEED- IT IS A NATURAL EXFOLIATING AGENT THAT STIMULATED BLOOD CIRCULATION, IMPROVES SKIN TEXTURE, AND FLUSHES HARMFUL TOXINS FROM YOUR BODY THAT REDUCES THE APPEARANCE OF CELLULITE.

Method:
● Take 3 tablespoons of ground seaweed and mix it with 1/4 cup each of sea salt and extra virgin olive oil.
● Mix it well by adding few drops of any kind of essential oil.
● Apply this on the affected area by massaging a little bit for 10 minutes before taking shower.
● After taking shower, make sure to apply moisturizer to the affected area to reduce cellulite.
● Do it once daily for several weeks and also you can store the mixture in an air tight container for future use.
● Or you can take seaweed baths to reduce the appearance of cellulite by adding 4 sheets of seaweed to your bathtub that filled with lukewarm water
● Soak your body in that water for about 20 minutes and follow it twice a week for maximum results.


7.APPLE CIDER VINEGAR- IT HAS THE MINERALS POTASSIUM AND MAGNESIUM, AND CALCIUM THAT HELPS FLUSH OUT TOXINS AND WATER RETENTION AROUND THE THIGHS AND STOMACH TO PREVENT CELLULITE. IT ALSO HELPS REDUCE FAT POCKETS UNDER SKIN.


Method – 1:
● Take apple cider vinegar and water in 1:2 ratio, means 1 part of apple cider vinegar mixed with 2 parts of water.
● Stir it well by adding a little bit of honey in it
● Apply this on the affected areas by gently rubbing it either with your hand or using cotton ball
● Let it stay on the area for about 30 – 40 minutes and then wash it with warm water
● Continue doing this twice a day to get desired results over cellulite.
Method – 2:
● Take apple cider vinegar and water in equal quantities and stir it well
● Apply this by rubbing it on the affected area and then wrap it with plastic cover
