STEP 1-EXFOLIATE- Fill a square of cheesecloth with 2 tbsp Powdered Seaweed ( available at health food stores)

Tie up ends to make a sachet. Moisten body/legs with warm water, and use the sachet to scrub away surface dirt and impurities, and boost circulation.
STEP 2- POLISH-Take a Sea Sponge( it’s a natural body softener) Fill it with your favorite shower gel, and POLISH your skin while you buff away dead skin cells to reveal glowing skin!
STEP 3-ERASE CELLULITE- Soak sheets of Dried Seaweed ( found in health food stores) in warm water til soft. Wrap strips around thigh or buttocks. Next wrap Seaweed in cellophane all the way around thighs, and/or buttocks. Leave on for 30 minutes, and relax. Minimal movement is suggested. Rinse with cool water.
STEP 4- TIGHTEN AND TONE- Mix 2 tbsp Seaweed Powder and half cup drugstore mask to form a paste. Apply to legs and/or buttocks and leave on 15 minutes until dry. Rinse with warm water.
